Polyamideimide Enamels are widely used class 220 enamels, applied mostly as overcoat to produce dual coating wires to improve the overall properties, suitable for hermetic motors and Freon-resistant wires. Some of them are also used as single coating. Possible to be made as self-lubricated or filled. Becoming important for heavy duty motors and automobile industry.

1. Polyamideimide enamel for general purpose, stablized for longer shelf life, with lower viscosity and high solid content. Excellent and consistent general performance, easy application, and good surface.
2.A self-lubricated polyamideimide enamel with very low static COF. Due to its special design, used only as the last overcoat of the wires, improving the lubrication of the wires. Without additional lubricants, static COF can reach 0.04-0.05. Good runnability, perfect surface and consistent properties.
3. Polyamideimide enamel with better humidity-resistance, stablized for longer shelf life, with lower viscosity and high solid content. Excellent and consistent general performance, easy application, and good surface. No gel at high humidity.
4. Polyamideimide enamel for general purpose, with better runnability and flexibility. Stablized for longer shelf life. Easy application, good surface, and with excellent general performances.
5. A high performance polyamideimide magnet wire enamel, with nano-composite, designed for corona-resistant application. NMP solvent system. Compositing with special nano mineral materials, wires produced with this enamel can be used for inverter-fed motors. Medium viscosity, easy application, good surface, excellent and consistent performance, with a similar wire color to the regular polyamideimide enamels.
6. A polyamideimide more suitable for single coat wires, improved particularly for unidirectional abrasion resistance. Single coat wire with this enamel possesses excellent adhesion and unidirectional abrasion resistance.
7. Polyamideimide enamel for general purpose. For its high viscosity, only lower solid versions can be supplied. High molecular weight and high viscosity, it possesses excellent flexibility, better windability and heat shock. UL listed.
8. A modified high performance polyamideimide magnet wire enamel, filled with fine mineral material, based on Tritherm® A 981-M. The mineral filler may also contribute to improve heat dissipation and high voltage performance.
9. A polyamideimide enamel for general purpose, with lower viscosity and high solid content. With very good flexibility. Designed lower viscosity, easy application, good surface, and with excellent general performance. UL listed.
10. This is a specially designed polyamideimide wire enamel. High viscosity, excellent flexibility and enhanced adhesion, particularly suitable for enameling large round wires and rectangular wires.
