1.Introduction: The annealed conductor of Kraft Paper Covered Magnet Wire is extruded or dawn from oil-free copper rod or electrical round aluminum rod with certain specification mould. Then the copper or aluminum conductor is wrapped with two layers’ or more than two layers’ insulation paper including telephone paper, cable paper, high voltage paper, turn-to turn insulation paper. The product is widely applied in oil-immersed transformers and other similar electrical instruments. The electrical bare copper or aluminum wire with extrusion process is the ideal material for kraft paper wrapped copper or aluminum wire.

3.Material:
Aluminum rectangular wire should conform to GB5584.3-2009, the resistivity (20℃) is no more than 0.0280Ωmm²/m. Copper rectangular wire should conform to GB5584.2-2009, the resistivity (20℃) is no more than 0.01724Ωmm²/m.
4.Thickness of kraft paper wrapped round or rectangular wire should conform to the following table or mutual consultation between supply and demand requirements:
