Magnet Wire

Test 21 : Weightless (applicable to enameled round wire)

Weight loss is a property related to the degree of cure of the enameled wire paint film.
1.1 Specimen Preparation
Scrub a sample with a paint film content of not less than 0.5g by an appropriate method that does not affect the paint film. Put the sample at (130±3)℃
heated in a forced-air oven for 1 h. After removing the sample from the oven, place it in a desiccator to cool to room temperature for at least 30 min. then say
Re-sample, accurate to 0.1 mg (M1).
1.2 Test procedure
The crucible was heated at (150±3)°C for 2h. Then place the crucible containing the sample in a forced-air oven for 2h, and the oven temperature
The temperature is ±3°C specified in the relevant product standards. After removing the sample from the oven, place it in a desiccator to cool to room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
The sample is then weighed to the nearest 0.1 mg (M2).
Use appropriate chemical methods to remove paint film without damaging conductors. Dry the conductor at (150±3)℃ for (15±1)min, then
Then, it was placed in a desiccator and cooled to room temperature for at least 30 min. Weigh the bare conductor to the nearest 0.1mg(M).
